Day 2 WAKE UP EARLY GO TO BED LATE. Today we woke up at 5 in the morning and drove all day until we finally reached Broomfield, Colorado. Along the way we enjoyed the view from the bus as we passed the Colorado River and drove over the Rocky Mountains. The sights where spectacular and the smell of freshly fallen rain was a welcoming for us. As we arrived to Lutheran Church of Hope in Colorado, we were warmly welcomed by Pastor Scott (a former member of SrLL). The congregation of the church put together a nice homemade spaghetti dinner for us. As we ate, we made some new friends from their youth group. After dinner we performed for them and ate ice cream later on. Enjoying how our day went today, we are all anxious to go to Omaha tomorrow to see and experience where Jimmy has lived.
