DEEP DISH
Today was a perfect day not to hot not to cold. We left our
church rather late compared to the previous day travels. Once we left the
church we were able to rest and play games on the bus for an hour or 2 before
being kicked out on the streets in the heat of Chicago. The wind was blowing
slightly and it was a beautiful day on the Navy Pier. The view of the city was
amazing and screamed at us to take lots of pictures. The best and most
well-known food in the city was deep dish pizza and if you asked any locals where
to go they all would say Giordano's.
We arrived at the church around 5pm and we unloaded the bus and started playing
Sand Monster on the little kid playground out front. After dinner we had
devotions with PL and we are all extremely looking forward to sleeping in a
hotel bed tomorrow instead of a hard gym floor.
